The ICSMMT 2026 has a double-blind peer-review process.
Any paper submitted for the conference is reviewed by minimum three reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.
Based on the reviewers’ comments, papers are accepted, rejected or accepted with revision.
The number of submissions will determine the number of reviewers required.
Plagiarism checking Committee initially checks the plagiarism in the submitted paper by plagiarism checking tools.

AIP Conference Proceedings uses author-prepared PDFs for all published content and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all manuscripts are submitted in their final form and that all fonts are embedded. AIP author template packages contain comprehensive advice and guidelines for authors—including a Do’s and Don’ts checklist—all papers must be prepared abiding by these guidelines. Copyright Release Form
The Editor of the conference is required to secure a copyright release for each paper signed by at least one author for each paper. The signed copyright releases should be sent to AIP Publishing along with the manuscript. (Please note that the exception at the bottom of the form is for US federal government employees only.)
